“Whilst my IT Program and Software Delivery role is not a frontline position, supporting the needs of frontline staff, customers and corporate roles is rewarding,” says Abhijit. “It means a lot for me and my team to be able to deliver projects, services and support to our extended family at Baptcare. Knowing that we play our own part in putting smiles onto customers faces and giving care in times of need is very fulfilling.”
